3.) Crab walk (50x)

10 Steps to the right & Left 2x, then 5 steps to the right and left (to equal 50 steps)

4.) Shuffle Right & Left (50x)

5.) Plank with Shoulder Taps (50x)

6.) Mountain Climbers (50x)

7.) Crunches (25x for 2 sets)

8.) Plank Hold (counting to 50-mississippi for 2 sets)

9.) high knees (50x)

10.) Push Ups (10x for 5 sets)

Or 25x for 2 sets - or 50x straight through! Challenge yourself here!

11.) rows (25x for 2 sets)

12.) Ice Skaters (50x each side)

13.) Supermans (25x for 2 sets)
