8 Exercises.   6-8 rounds.

Go all OUT FOR 20-SECONDS! Then, Give yourself 10-seconds in-between exercises for rest.

Warm up with a 1-2 mile run on the treadmill or outside.

1.) Burpees

2.) Plank with Row

3.) Jumping Squats

4.) Push Ups

5.) Ice Skaters

6.) Reverse Crunch or Regular Sit ups

7.) High Knees

8.) Reverse Lunge with Bicep Curl


**rest for 1-minute, then repeat!**
