4.) Chest Press


Circuit #2

1.) Step Ups (Left Side Leading)

2.) Squats

3.) Step Ups (Right Side Leading)

4.) Static lunge with pulse and arm raise


Circuit #3

1.) Jumping Jacks

2.) Single arm Row (Right Side)

3.) Jumping Jacks

4.) Single Arm Row (Left Side)


Circuit #4

1.) Pop Squats

2.) Side Plank Hold (Right Side)

3.) Pop Squats

4.) Side Plank Hold (Left Side)


Circuit #5

1.) Jump Rope

2.) Crab Walk

3.) Jump Rope

4.) Plank with Shoulder Taps
