Start by running around the block (5x)


Circuit #1

45-seconds on, 15-seconds rest, repeat 5x

Curtsy lunge with bicep curl (Right leg)

Curtsy lunge with bicep curl (Left leg)

lawn mower (right arm)

Lawn mower (left arm) 

Single leg jumping lunge (Right leg)

Single leg jumping lunge (Left leg)


Rest 1-minute between circuits

Sprint up and down the block 5x (up and down is 1x)


Circuit #2

45-seconds on, 15-seconds rest, repeat 5x

Chest fly 

Jumping squats 

Side plank dip (left side)

Side plank dip (right side) 

burpees

Plank with shoulder taps
