Work for a minute Then, Give yourself 20-seconds in-between exercises for rest.
First step - Go to a park! you will not need anything but yourself and a timer on your phone. you can easily download one on your phone. I like interval timer.
If you can’t get to a park, feel free to do the cardio portion on the sidewalk (i.e run around your block, sprint down your block, high knees up and down the block ect).
1.) Run around the park
2.) Squats
3.) sprint up and down the field
4.) walking lunges
5.) high knees up and down the field
6.) Push up with downward dog
7.) Side shuffle up and down the field
8.) plank with twist or regular plank
**rest for 1-minute, then repeat!**
You’re all ready to roll!
Break a great sweat and enjoy!
