Curtsy lunge - 20 reps each leg
Push ups - 20 reps
Round 2
Ice Skaters - 20 on each side
Sumo Squats - 20 reps
Chest Fly - 20 reps
ROUND 3
High Knees - 40 reps
Lateral lunge or reverse lunge - 20 reps each side
Plank- Start on your elbows and then go up up down down - 10 reps
ROUnd 4
Mountain Climbers - 40 reps
Squat with kick - 20 reps
Yogi bicycles - 20 reps
