Home Workout!



4 Rounds, 3 EXercises, 2 sets for each round

Round 1

  1. Burpees - 20 reps

  2. Curtsy lunge - 20 reps each leg

  3. Push ups - 20 reps

Round 2

  1. Ice Skaters - 20 on each side

  2. Sumo Squats - 20 reps

  3. Chest Fly - 20 reps

ROUND 3

  1. High Knees - 40 reps

  2. Lateral lunge or reverse lunge - 20 reps each side

  3. Plank- Start on your elbows and then go up up down down - 10 reps

ROUnd 4

  1. Mountain Climbers - 40 reps

  2. Squat with kick - 20 reps

  3. Yogi bicycles - 20 reps
