1 circuits, 3 Rounds for each Circuit, 10 EXercises

1 min on, 25-sec break in between exercises, 1-minute rest after each round


  1. Step forward-forward-back-back (as quickly as possible)

  2. Tricep extension

  3. Burpee with lateral hop (Left-Right then back to Burpee)

  4. lat pull down or reverse fly

  5. bear crawl

  6. Squat with bicep curl into overhead press

  7. Ice skaters

  8. yogi bIcycles

  9. Sprint around the block

  10. Sumo squat (Holding weight)
