3 Mile Challenge and then some

4 exercises in each circuit, 1 round for each circuit.


  1. Run a mile

  2. Walking lunges- 60 reps

  3. Push up with downward dog- 20 reps

  4. Side plank dips right side- 25 reps

  1. run a mile

  2. Squat with overhead press- 30 reps

  3. mike tyson push ups- 7-10 reps

  4. Side plank dips left side- 25 reps

  1. run a mile

  2. wall sit for a minute

  3. superman- 20 reps

  4. plank- 2 minutes
