Run a mile
Walking lunges- 60 reps
Push up with downward dog- 20 reps
Side plank dips right side- 25 reps
run a mile
Squat with overhead press- 30 reps
mike tyson push ups- 7-10 reps
Side plank dips left side- 25 reps
run a mile
wall sit for a minute
superman- 20 reps
plank- 2 minutes
