30 seconds for each exercise. 10 seconds of rest.
3 rounds for each circuit.
Circuit 1
1. Sl jumping lunge- R. side
2. plank with twist
3. SL jumping lunge- l. Side
After 3 rounds, rest a minute and then move on to Circuit 2
Circuit 2
1. pull up
2. quick feet
3. Calf raise with lateral arm raise
after 3 rounds, rest a minute and then move on to the next circuit
circuit 3
1. Kettle bell swing
2. push ups
3. Jumping squats or regular squats
You’re all ready to roll!
