first pyramid
1. Inchworm - 15X
(challenge: balance your left leg off the ground the whole time. try a push up at the bottom of the inchworm in your plank position)
2. Squat with kick (kick with the left leg) - 20X
3. jumping squats - 25X
30 second break… and then REVERSE it!
3. Jumping squats - 25X
2. Squat with kick (Kick with the right leg) - 20X
1. inchworm - 15X
(balancing the right leg off the ground the whole time)
Second Pyramid
1. lateral lunge - 15X Right leg
2. SL jumping lunge - 20X Right Leg
3. push ups - 25X
30 second break then reverse it!
3. push ups - 25X
2. sl jumping lunge - 20x left leg
1. lateral lunge - 15X left leg
third pyramid
1. Superman - 15X
2. Bear crawl - 20X
3. burpees - 25X
30 seconds of rest then reverse it
3. Burpees - 25X
2. bear crawl - 20X
1. superman - 15X
Fourth pyramid
1. SL deadlift with bicep curl into overhead press - 15X left leg
2. SL bridge - 20X left leg
3. sumo squat jump with QUARTER turn - 25X
30 second break and then reverse it!
3. sumo squat jump with quarter turn - 25X
2. sl bridge - 20X right leg
1. sl deadlift with bicep curl into overhead press - 15X right leg
