1. jumping squats

2. V-ups

3. Pull ups

4. burpees

5. push up with twist

(Perform a push up and then in the plank position take one arm off the ground and twist your body so your fingertips are reaching up towards the ceiling).

6. high knees

7. static lunge with pulse - right leg

8. Sprint around the block

9. Static lunge with pulse - left leg

10. ice skaters

11. crunches

12. sumo squat with bicep curl
