3 exercises in each circuit. eight rounds.

30 seconds for each exercise. 10 seconds of rest in Between Exercises. 8 rounds for each circuit.

Circuit 1

1. squat kick outs

2. push up with downward dog

3. burpees

Circuit 2

1. SL jumping lunge on Right leg

2. SL jumping lUnge on Left leg

3. high knees

Circuit 3

1. Bear crawl

2. ice skaters

3. diamond push ups

Core Challenge.

REPEAT 3 times. 20-30 reps for each.

1. dying bug

2. BICYCLES

3. reverse crunch

4. russian twist with a medicine ball

5. plank with shoulder taps

6. v-ups
