30 sec for each exercise. no rest in Between Exercises. perform each circuit 5x. you get 30 seconds of rest after each circuit is completed 1X.

Circuit 1

1. inchworm with push up

2. push up with twist

3. mountain climbers

circuit 2

1. squat hold with figure 8

With your arms extended out, hold onto one dumbbell with your fingers laced around the DB. Create an imaginary figure 8 using the DB. Hold that deep squat while you do this.

2. jumping squats

3. reverse lunge with bicep curl into overhead press

circuit 3

1. crabwalk with band

2. side shuffle- pick up the pace!

13. high knees

circuit 4

1. reverse fly

2. burpee into a plank with row

- row 6x before you do a burpee again.

3. sit ups with a medicine ball
