3. Mike Tyson Push ups- 8X

4. Hill Sprint- 4X

5. Lateral lunge with bicep curl- R. Side - 20-25X

6. Hill Sprint- 5X

7. Lateral Lunge with Bicep curl- L. Side- 20-25X

8. regular Burpees-20-25X

9. sumo squats with a kettle bell- 20-25X

10. Burpee with 10 mountain climbers- 16X

(Perform a burpee and then 10 mountain climbers. Repeat.

11. plank up up down down- 8X on each side

12. Burpee with a push up- 20X

13. tricep kick back- 25X
