2 circuits. 1 min and 20 sec for each exercise.
25 sec rest between each exercise.
3-4 rounds for each circuit.
1. push up with downward dog
2. ice skaters
3. crab walk
4. frog jumps
5. hold a plank
6. squat and kick with weight
Rest for a minute in between rounds. Once you have finished 3-4 rounds, complete circuit #2.

Repeat 3-4X
1. kettle bell swing
2. Sl jumping lunge- right side
REST 30 SECONDS
3. v-ups
4. sl jumping lunge- left side
5. high knees
6. Reverse fly
Rest for a minute in between rounds.
