20X is the magic number!

Feel free to sub the sprinting for any other cardio you love! For example, burpees would work here just as well.

Get in as many rounds as you can.


1. Sprint up and down the block 20X


2. Reverse lunges 20X (Left and right leg is 1 rep)


3. Sprint up and down the block 16X


4. Push ups 20X

5. Sprint up and down the block 12X


6. lateral lunge with bicep curl 20X each side


7. Sprint up and down the block 8X


8. Side plank 20X right and left side

9. Sprint up and down the block 4X

10. Spider man 20X
