2. quick feet 38X for each leading foot
-Total 76X
3. SL balance with lateral and frontal arm raise 38X
-19X on each foot.
4. Mountain climbers 38X for each side
-Total 76X
5. Sit ups 38X
6. ice skaters 38X
- remember Right and left counts as 1 rep, Total 76X
7. Chest press 38X
- or you can do 19X on the right and 19X on the left side
8. curtsey lunge with bicep curl 38X
-19X on each side
