find a deck of cards!

pull 30-40 random cards from a deck and face them up in rows of 10.

perform the number of reps that match the exercise for that card with limited rest in between. after the row is finsihed you can rest for a minute.

need more? finish that deck of cards!


exercise:

hearts= Push-ups

spades= jumping lunges

diamonds= reverse crunch


clubs= burpees

jokers= 15 pull ups or 20 supermans

reps:

numbers 2-9= 2X-9X reps

aces= 12X reps

jack= 16X reps

queen= 20X reps

king= 25X reps
