Session Signups 

In order to ensure adequate social distancing and safety, we now ask that clients commit to a formal schedule so that we may diligently control our hourly population. 

We realize that part of the appeal of our gym in the past has been an outstanding level of flexibility, but, for the sake of everyone involved, it is our responsibility to identify and evade potentially harmful variables. 

Trust us. Organization is not only our best friend right now, it’s peace of mind...

Members will now be able to set a weekly schedule for the whole month as either 

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 

or 

Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday

We expect to expand available sessions as we settle into this new way of doing things.

Here is what our 50-minute session schedule will look like initially: 

Monday through Saturday

  • 5:15 AM

  • 6:15 AM

  • 7:15 AM

  • 8:15 AM

  • 9:15 AM

________ Personal Training Midday_________

  • 4:15 PM

  • 5:15 PM

  • 6:15 PM

Current members will have first selection of schedule followed by returning members.
